For Dual-Eligible Special needs Plans: Amerigroup is an HMO D-SNP plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the State Medicaid program. This plan is available to anyone who has both Medical Assistance from the State and Medicare.

Opioid Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Providers

Providers help patients fight opioid addiction and abuse with behavioral therapy and medication treatments. MAT provides a whole-patient approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. It’s used mostly in cases when a patient has an addiction to heroin and/or prescription pain relievers that include opiates.
