How do I create an AllianceHealth Durant and Madill account?

You can create and access your account via the AllianceHealth Durant and Madill website or by downloading the MyHealthHome – MphRx mobile app available in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

What are the office hours for the patient portal?

Our Office hours are M, T, TH, F 830-5 and Wednesday 11-7. Messages are not checked outside of business hours, but will be handled as promptly as possible during business hours. Use the form below to sign in to the patient portal to begin managing your records.

TeleHealth visits are primarily for our patients with possible COVID symptoms, so that we may maintain our best effort in maintaining a COVID free environment. If you feel sick, please mention this when scheduling your visit and we’ll be in touch
