To grant a caregiver, guardian or trusted family member/friend access to your MyHealthHome account, the requestor will first need to create their own MyHealthHome account. Once they have created their own account, they can request access to your account. You then will receive notice of the request along with an auto-generated PIN code to share with the requesting individual. Once the requesting individual has entered the PIN code, the accounts will be linked and the requestor will be granted access to view your health information.

You can view imaging, labs, pathology, consults, result letters and more in your patient portal. Simply choose the corresponding tab once you are logged in. Under “title” there should be names of reports and once you find the result you are needing, click the blue link in the “title” column. This should open up another window which may have another blue link in it, exactly the same as you just clicked on. Click the link again in the new window and the results should download. Since we have an electronic medical record, outside results and information have to be scanned into your chart, which is why documents show up as links.

How to send a message to a medical assistant?

To send a message, click “new message” and a new window should pop up. In the new window, there is a “To…” button, click on it and choose the medical assistant of the provider you normally see (make sure to double click the initials to add it to the message). There are also options for the front desk employees if needed.

Lindsey was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado and joined the Alliance team in 2018. Lindsey was generally trained in all areas of medicine but enjoys urgent care and women's health. Outside of medicine, Lindsey stays busy with her family, reading and enjoying the outdoors.

Lindsey is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a Colorado native, having grown up in Denver and later receiving her bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in environmental issues from nearby Colorado College. Lindsey subsequently spent two years as a medical and surgical assistant working in dermatology before attending the Physician Assistant program at the University of Utah where she graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2018. Shortly thereafter, Lindsey returned to Colorado Springs and joined the Alliance team where she has become an integral team member who is passionate about promoting health and wellness across the lifespan and developing long-term relationships with her patients by practicing with care, compassion, and empathy. Outside of medicine, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, and is an avid skier, cyclist, mountain biker, and runner.
