Emergency Services

APD offers emergency department services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. We are conveniently located in Lebanon, only 1.5 miles from Interstate 89 exits 18 and 19.

Sleep Health

If you’re having trouble sleeping at night, or struggling to stay awake during the day, we can help. Serving New Hampshire and Vermont since 1996, the accredited Sleep Health Center provides quality testing and treatment for sleep disorders.

The Financial Assistance policy and information is available on the Dartmouth-Hitchcock website in several languages. This information applies to Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic, Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, New London Hospital and Cheshire Medical Center.

Price transparency list of charges

The information provided here is a comprehensive list of charges (CSV) for each inpatient and outpatient service or item provided by a hospital, also known as a chargemaster, which Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital posts on an annual basis.

myD-H estimates and guest estimates

Our myD-H patient portal provides estimates for services provided at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health locations, including APD. Estimates can be requested for individual procedures and may factor in your specific insurance to estimate out-of-pocket expenses.

COVID-19 testing, vaccine and administration, and telemedicine services

Average charges are estimates; your out-of-pocket expense will depend on your individual insurance coverage (such as co-insurance or deductibles). If you have questions, please contact Patient Accounts Customer Service at (844) 808-0730.

COVID-19 vaccines and boosters

Patients and community members aged 5 and older may receive a vaccine or booster appointment by scheduling through myD-H or by calling APD: (603) 442-5612.

COVID-19 community testing and helpline

Call (603) 442-5665 to schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing. Testing takes place in the Robert A. Mesropian Center Parking Lot.

Our emergency services, Multi-Specialty Clinic, and hospital are here to provide care

Providers at the Multi-Specialty Clinic (MSC) are here to answer questions, to provide COVID-19 risk assessments, and to provide referrals for testing. This is done by appointment only and not as a walk-in service. Emergency services are here for any health emergency but they do not perform routine COVID-19 testing.

Please take these steps to protect yourself from COVID-19. They include avoiding exposure, washing your hands, social distancing, covering your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others, and cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces every day.
