How do I login to my MAHEC patient portal?

Southern Regional AHEC is pleased to announce that our new Patient Portal allows you to make payments online. Go paperless! There’s no envelope or stamps, just the convenience of making payments from wherever you are. You may view your statement and pay securely online by clicking on Pay My Bill in the menu above (far right) or the button below.

What if I forget my password or username?#N#If you forget your password to your MAHEC Patient Portal, please navigate to mahec.followmyhealth.com and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. If you know your username, you can enter it and an email with a reset password link will be sent to the email that we have on file for you.

What is a proxy?#N#A proxy is an individual who can make health care decisions for another individual. This can be a legal guardian, parent, or power of attorney.

What is a PIN letter?

This letter will include your unique and secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) and will guide you through your new account registration process. Your PIN will only be used one time during the Identification Verification process of creating your new account. When creating your new Portal account, please make note of your Username and Password. You will need these logon credentials to access our Patient Portal services after registration.
