To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

Immunization Policy. All Agnes Scott students must comply with the mandatory immunization guidelines established by the American College Health Association prior to registration for classes. Students who don't meet these requirements may not register.

Yes. The patient portal at other facilities is a separate system from Saint Agnes Care patient portal. Saint Agnes Care patient portal can only share information related to your relationship with your Saint Agnes Care provider.
