You can self-register online using the email we have on file at Lawrence Memorial Hospital or at one of our physician/specialty care provider offices.
Download, print and complete My Patient Portal Terms of Use and ask your primary or specialty care provider office to register you for My Patient Portal. Or visit Customer Service at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, 325 Maine, Lawrence, Kansas.

St. Peter's Health Partners has transitioned to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a St. Peter's Health Partners doctor’s office or hospital from May 8 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.

As part of our ongoing effort to provide a superior experience and give you access to the information you need to manage your health, Main Line Health will now share with patients their provider notes, lab and imaging results via their MyChart account in accordance with the 21st Century Cures Act.
