AAPRI accepts most insurance plans, including

Please note this list is subject to change. There is a $50 no-show fee for any appointments that you do not show up for and do not cancel within 24 hours.

Referrals

In order for you to see the specialists at AAPRI, your insurance plan may require a referral from your primary care physician. Please check with your insurance and obtain a referral (if needed) prior to your visit with us.

Copays

Most plans have varying copays for office visits and diagnostic testing. Be sure you’re aware of your copay costs before you come in for your appointment. (As a convenient guide, this information may be noted right on your insurance card.)

Deductibles

An insurance deductible is the amount you pay for a healthcare service before your insurance plan activates to pay the remaining cost. Our initial charges are applied to your deductible. This means that even though AAPRI participates in your insurance network, you will still owe your deductible portion.

Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Plan

An HSA is a way to save on medical expenses if you have a high deductible health insurance plan. You contribute money into the account, and in turn, it’s non-taxable. HSA accounts work by reimbursing you for medical expenses, or by providing you with a debit card linked to your HSA account that you can use to pay for medical expenses.

Prescriptions

If you do require a refill refill, please call your pharmacy and they will send us a request; we will typically respond within 1 business day. You may also call our office and leave a message, and we will send the prescription to your pharmacy.

Direct payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for services that are not covered by insurance.

We Treat the Root Cause of Symptoms

Our founder, Dr. John Zwetchkenbaum, has spent over 25 years treating asthma and allergies. His mission has always been to “treat the cause, defeat the symptoms.”

OUR PROCESS

The first step is always the hardest. We made our program simple so you don’t have to worry about what’s going on every step of the way. We educate you beforehand so you can at the very least walk away with the knowledge of the truth behind health today.

FREE Webinar

We all know we want to feel better, and we all know what our symptoms are. But not many of us know why. Dr. Z’s Immunity, Stress and Health Seminar answers these questions and provides insight into how you can live well again.

OUR SUCCESS STORIES

I felt as though everyone truly cared about helping me. I easily scheduled several more appointments, very excited to see the solutions they come up with for my symptoms!
