To help you and your caregivers navigate the complexities of the cancer journey, we offer the myCTCA patient portal, a web-based tool designed to allow you to connect with your care team, manage appointments and view medical information.
The myCTCA portal is designed to allow patients to exchange health information and medical records securely.
A PIN is required to set up access. To get your PIN, tell the Registrar (at check in or check out) that you want to join the patient portal. You will need to provide an email address and your Portal Invitation with PIN number will be emailed to you.

We take great care to ensure that your health information is safe and private, and we encourage you to keep your Patient Portal username and password safe.
