Xavier University Student Health Services patient portal is a HIPAA compliant web-based portal that connects students with Xavier’s Student Health Services (SHS) around the clock. You are about to connect to an information system securely maintained by industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
Xavier University of Louisiana is the only historically Black, Catholic university in the United States, XULA is a private, liberal-arts based, co-educational institution offering 40 undergraduate majors, five master’s degree programs and a doctor of pharmacy program. More than one-half of its 3,100 students are from Louisiana, but it draws students from nearly all fifty states and 35 countries.
The fastest, easiest way is to log into the Patient Portal, click on the “Immunization” section and print your own copy. If you are unable to access the records online, you may visit Student Health Services in person or fax the Medical Release form to SHS (504) 520-7962. There is no fee for printing immunization records.
