Rose Medical Center generally has very good cell coverage around most of the campus. However, there are a few areas that tend to have a weaker signal from some carriers. iPhones and Android phones have the option for Wi-Fi calling, which uses the Wi-Fi network over the cellular network to make and receive phone calls.
