To sign up for MyChart, visit orthovirginia.com/mychart. OR. Arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment. Bring your insurance card, ID, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. Face masks are required for all appointments and must be worn at all times.
A late fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time unless you are canceling due to the flu or flu-like symptoms. Call to reschedule your appointment if you have the flu or flu-like symptoms. You will not be charged for the missed visit.
