Not registered? No problem! Just click the "Log in" link. Once directed to the Portal, you will be given the option to create a new account. The patient portal provides information about medical history, contact information, payment history and more.

What information is available on the Patient Portal?

Health information at the Horizon Health clinics (as of Jan. 12, 2016), as well as inpatient/hospital information (as of April 11, 2017), is available on the Patient Portal.

How do I create a Patient Portal account?

The Patient Portal allows you to access your health records, pay your bill, fill out forms before coming in, confirm normal test results, double-check appointment dates/times, and more. Enroll in our Patient Portal now.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call your provider’s office to let them know in advance. Your provider may have additional guidelines regarding cancellation. Please find your provider’s office here.

What should I bring to my visit?

If you have insurance, please bring a copy of your insurance card to each visit. We will submit the claim to the insurance company on your behalf, but please be prepared to pay your co-pay and any deductible on the day of your visit.

How do I get my lab results?

Our Patient Portal makes it fast and easy for you to be notified of your test results. Please click here to enroll for the Patient Portal so you may retrieve your lab results directly from the portal.

Do you offer Telemedicine Appointments?

If you would like to schedule a telemedicine appointment, call your Women’s Health Arizona branch to set up a telemedicine appointment. Telemedicine appointments require the Spruce app ( https://spruce.care) installed on your phone. To access this option, contact your Women’s Health Arizona branch for assistance.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

Women’s Health Arizona is working hard to adapt the latest health recommendations to keep our patients and our providers safe. Women’s Health Arizona will continue to follow the Centers​ for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and require face masks for staff, patients, and visitors in all healthcare settings, even if fully vaccinated.

How can I pay my bill?

Women’s Health Arizona makes it easy for patients to pay for medical care by offering secure, online bill payment through our Patient Portal. It’s very easy to set up a portal account. Set up a Patient Portal account here.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
