Thank you for visiting the Olympic Ambulance Billing Services website. You have likely received a statement from us for an ambulance transport provided you or your family member by Olympic Ambulance Service Inc.

Insurance Information

Private Carriers. Most insurance companies will require a “medical necessity” for patients who need to be transported from one location to another by ambulance in non-emergency situations. As such, it is to your advantage to find out in advance what the requirements are so there are no financial surprises after the fact.

Paying Your Bill

Your bill for services is due within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For your convenience, we have two methods from which you can choose to make your payments:

Making Payment Arrangements

If you are experiencing financial hardship or do not have insurance coverage to cover your ambulance transportation expenses, we will be happy to work with you to arrange a payment plan. Please contact our Billing Services Department at 1 (844) 355-2333.
