All Compass Medical patients who are eligible need to register in the office. No appointment is needed to register for Compass Health Connection. Patients will need to complete and electronically sign the ‘Terms and Conditions’ form provided by the office. A welcome e-mail will be sent to the patient with their temporary password within 72 hours.
Your Patient Portal is private, secure access to your medical records and a library with articles on a wide variety of health and wellness. Inside, you can find our contact information, your upcoming appointments, personal reminders, test results, and a list of your active prescriptions.
If your personal information is incorrect: You can change your demographic information, such as your name, marital status, email address and contact information right from your Compass Health Connection account. Simply click on the “Personal Information” tab under “My Account” and submit changes to your information.

If a patient does not activate their account online through Compass Health Connection within 30 days of receipt of their username and password, the account will be made inactive as a security measure. All Compass Patients ages 18 and over with a personal email account can utilize Compass Health Connection. At this time, Compass Health Connection does not offer accounts for children or young adults for security purposes. We are working hard to bring you additional features in the future.
If your medical information is incorrect (ie: list of medications or allergies): Please contact your Physician’s office and discuss your concerns with your Provider. You will need to fill out a Request For Amendment in Medical Record form in the event your medical information needs to be changed.
Compass Medical is excited to introduce its new Telemedicine services to patients! Telemedicine is an alternative way for our Providers to examine our patient’s needs without having them physically in the office. With Telemedicine, patients can speak to their Providers from the comfort of their own home either by a telephone call or a video call.
Now we offer a new way to get in contact with us - you can send us a secure message for general, non-urgent questions at any time. Log in to My Care Plus www.mycareplusonline.com and click the “Message Center” link at the top right of the screen. Then, select “Compose Message” from the left-side menu. You’ll just need to complete the short form and click the “Send” button.” You can expect a response from our practice within 48 hours of sending your message. Using My Care Plus provides you with access to documented responses in one place, allowing you to easily refer back to or share with others.”

Your Encompass Medical Group office will work with you to schedule your telehealth visit. As well, clinicians performing medical outreach for test results, etc. may want to initiate a virtual visit with you for such. Not all visits are conducive to telehealth.
