NextGen Clinic Patient Portal is now available at several MercyOne Clinics. The NextGen Patient Portal allows you to connect with your doctor or primary care provider at a time that works best for you. Request an appointment, communicate with your doctor’s office and get health information online.

If you have not accessed your portal since prior to June 2019, you will need to create a new account.

What is a patient portal?

The portal is a website, much like the websites you may use to bank, invest or check school records online. In our case, it lets you send and receive communication with your doctor’s office when it is convenient for you.

What can you do with your NextGen Patient Portal?

Request an appointment time and look up your scheduled appointments online.

When will MyHealthRecord be updated?

Attention: Beginning June 6, 2019, MyHealthRecord will receive a security update. This update will provide a better user experience and enhanced security. To access your hospital medical records, you must create a new account.

How to verify your identity?

Verify your identity by entering your legal first name, legal last name and date of birth. Verify your email address and set up a username and password. Select three security questions. Be sure to supply answers that are not easy for others to guess or discover.

Is MyHealthRecord free?

MyHealthRecord gives you easy, online access, 24 hours a day, to portions of your hospital medical records and test results. MyHealthRecord is free to use, simple to sign-up for and is completely secure. Only you and your care team at the hospital will have access to your private health information.
