MyPatients is a portal for referring providers and practice staff to view clinical information about their patients’ care at Boston Children’s. Clinicians with an active NPI number can Register for a MyPatients account. Clinicians with an active MyPatients account can sponsor accounts for practice staff by submitting a Sponsorship Agreement.
MyPatients Provider Portal |Overview. MyPatients is a convenient, secure and easy-to-use web-based tool for referring providers to view information about the care their patients receive at Boston Children’s Hospital. Primary care providers (PCP) can view any patient records where their practice is listed as the patient's PCP.

If you do not have a MyChart account, refer to your billing statement for your personal activation code, or contact Patient Financial Services at 720-777-6422 to have a code generated for you. Sign up on MyChart and complete the information to create your account. Once logged in, look for the Billing icon at the top of the page.

To enroll, call the office practice and provide a personal (non-work) email address to become an approved user of that practice's patient portal.
