Listed below is the student fee schedule. If you are currently dually enrolled with WSU Tech and Wichita State, you are already eligible for these services.

Online Course Access

Courses for future semesters will begin appearing on myWSUTech and the Online Learning system. However, students will not be able to access course content in the Online Learning system until 7 days prior to the class start date.

IT Maintenance Downtime

Proper functioning of the WSU Tech IT systems is crucial to the success of our students. To assure functionality is continuous and continuously upgraded, all IT systems are subject to interruption for maintenance purposes every week from 4:00AM to 6:00AM Monday thru Friday and 12:00AM to 12:00PM Sunday morning.

What is the patient portal?

The patient portal gives you access to submit forms, send a secure message and view lab results. For portal problems or to be granted access, please contact Student Health at (573)-341-4284.

Where is the counseling office on campus?

Mental health and counseling services are provided by the Student Well-Being office on campus, located in 204 Norwood Hall. To learn more about the mental well-being services available to students and how to contact Counseling Services, visit the Counseling Services website.

Is Student Health open?

Student Health is open and seeing students. We are seeing students by appointment only. Please call us at 573-341-4284 to make appointments. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please come inside and check in at the front desk.

What happens if you fail to meet the requirements for a college?

Failure to meet these requirements will result in a hold on your registration process.

How long do you have to stay home after a negative test?

If your test result is negative, and you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, stay home and away from others for 14 days after your last contact with that person.

Is WSU testing available?

Screening Testing is Not Available. WSU is no longer offering screening testing. CHS will provide diagnostic testing for students with symptoms that may indicate a possible infection with COVID-19, or who have had a known exposure to somebody who is positive for the virus.

Is nasal swab safe?

The process is generally safe. If you have a medical or mental health condition that impacts your ability to safely receive a nasal swab, or it’s something you want CHS to know before testing, please call us to make other testing arrangements.
