Bours, 119 Wn.2d 667, 835 P.2d 221 (1992), and hold that—consistent with the nationwide, long-standing majority rule—in cases asserting a claim based on a nonresident physician’s medical care, the place where the physician provided that care and exercised her medical judgment is the place of the “injury” for jurisdictional purposes, not the place where the “injuries may manifest themselves.” Id. at 674.
