Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

How do I sign up for enrollment at AllianceHealth Woodward?

Enrollment Invitation – AllianceHealth Woodward will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Appointments

We request 24-hour notice of cancellations for all scheduled appointments. You will be charged a $25 fee for the missed appointment

Referrals

If a follow-up with a specialist is needed, please call to make an appointment within 24-48 hours.

Telephone Calls

Our staff will be available to answer your questions and schedule appointments during regular office hours. For Clinical questions, please ask to speak with the Nurse during regular business hours.

Insurance

We accept most insurance. Learn about your health care coverage by visiting your insurance provider’s website or contact them directly if you have any questions about your benefits.
