If you find yourself uninsured, Womankind provides free prenatal care for the first 28 weeks of your pregnancy. During this time you will receive comprehensive prenatal care in our clinic and see a social service worker to address your medical, emotional, financial and insurance questions and concerns.

Any active patient over the age of 13 is eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information. top

It is at your provider's discretion to make test results available. Your provider must authorize the release of your test results in order for them to post to your Patient Portal account. The patient portal for Concord Hospital - Laconia and Concord Hospital - Franklin is separate from My Patient Connect. In the future, the two portals will be combined but for now, patients need to log in to separate portals based on where they receive their care.
