Receive notices to your personal email account when there is important information awaiting you in your Patient Portal account. If you choose to use the Patient Portal, your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your medical records.

Who can sign up?

Patients and their legal guardians can sign up for Patient Portal in accordance to the Terms and Conditions of the website. Just tell your provider who you would like to enroll and you are on your way to connecting with your provider.

Sign up Today

You can sign up and register for the Patient Portal by giving your provider your name and email address. In turn, your provider will give you an instruction sheet that includes a temporary username and password. The temporary credentials will allow you to log in to the system and create your own private user name and password.

Using our Patient Portal will save you time at your appointment and ensure that your patient information and medical history go directly into our digital records, which will allow your practitioner to quickly access your records and to more effectively discuss your current health and healthcare concerns.

How to change password for Fayetteville Woman's Care?

1. At the Patient Portal Sign In prompt, enter your unique username and password (mailed to you from the Fayetteville Woman’s Care office by regular mail). 2. The first time you Sign In, you will be prompted to change your Sign In credentials.

How long does it take to access the Patient Portal?

Initially, it will take approximately 30 minutes to set up your personal Patient Portal information and to complete your history questionnaire.

Logging In

Step 2: Enter your email address and password and click login. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Password or contact the office to send a password reset email.

Home Page

The first screen you will see is the home page of the results portal. From this page, you have the option to view Appointments, My Health, or Billing & Payments from the left-hand menu.

To view test results, click on My Health. Across the top of this section you can click on multiple links to view different information:
