All current patients with a valid email address are eligible for patient portal.
Drive-through COVID-19 testing is available at the following open-air sites located at our Medical Center Drive, Porters Neck, and Jacksonville locations, with results posted through our Patient Portal. Options are available to schedule a virtual visit before scheduling a COVID test or schedule a COVID test without a virtual visit first.
