Is the patient portal different from my pm pediatric care telemedicine account?

IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine

What is the portal and how does it work?

The Portal is a secure, encrypted HIPAA compliant mode of communication. It allows patients’ parents to communicate first hand with clinicians in our office. All communications from parents/patients and clinicians will immediately enter the patient’s chart insuring consistent and appropriate medical care.

How do I set up a portal login for a patient?

You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
