How to find a letter from your provider: (1) You must log on using a computer. You cannot do it from your phone. (2) When you log into the portal from your COMPUTER, please click on MY HEALTH in the left hand menu.

How to find a test results: (1) When you log into the portal from your COMPUTER, please click on MY HEALTH in the left hand menu. Once MY HEALTH opens up, you will see a menu at the top of the page. Click on TEST RESULTS. (2) In the middle of your screen, you will see your test results.
