Welcome to the White-Wilson Patient Portal...your secure, online health connection! We have developed the patient portal to better serve the needs of our patients and their families. The patient portal will allow you to manage your healthcare from the comfort of your home or office computer.

Who can access Wilson Medical Center's online healthcare information?

Wilson Medical Center has partnered with Syntellis to provide this service. Online healthcare information is available to patients 18 years and older and who have been a patient at the hospital on or after January 1, 2014.

What information is available on the patient portal?

It provides access to important information about you and your visit (s) to our hospital. Information available on the Wilson Medical Center Patient Portal includes: Demographics maintained by hospital (sex, race, ethnicity, date of birth, preferred language)

What should I do if I have technical issues with patient portal?

You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

How to enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

How are messages sent to your provider's office transferred?

All messages sent to your provider’s office are transferred via a secure server compliant with HIPAA standards.

What is the RWJBarnabas portal?

The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.

Can you access read only medical records?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.

Is RWJBarnabas Health a centralized portal?

RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.

What to do if you have issues logging into your patient portal?

If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.

Can you use a portal locator on a patient portal?

Yes. Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal.
