UCR Health implemented Epic as our new electronic health records (EHR) system. Accompanying Epic is the MyChart patient portal, through which UCR Health patients will have secure, online access to their health records. Log in to eLearn (Canvas): Accessing your online course begins at eLearn. Use your UCR NetID to login and access your course through the CAS login link. If you have enrolled in previous online courses at UCR University Extension, your UCR NetID and password will be the same as for previous courses.

To meet minimum requirements, you must earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher (3.4 for non-residents) in “a–g” courses taken during grades 10 and 11 (including summers before and after), weighted by a maximum of eight semesters of UC-approved honors points.
With a GPA of 3.83, UC Riverside requires you to be near the top of your class, and well above average. Your transcript should show mostly A's. Ideally, you will also have taken several AP or IB classes to show that you can handle academics at a college level.

Online appointments and walk-in appointments are not currently available due to COVID-19. This action is being taken to ensure that all students are fully and effectively screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to their appointment. All screening will occur outside the front entrance before you enter the SHS building. Please complete the Daily Wellness Survey prior to arriving on campus. Masks are required at all time.

Service dogs are welcomed at Student Health Services (SHS). For safety reasons, SHS staff is not permitted to take care of service animals while you receive care. Please make dog care arrangements prior to your appointment date and time.

Yes. Contact your primary care physician (PCP) or visit vaccines.gov to find a local vaccination site. A referral for a vaccine will be needed. UCSHIP will cover the cost of your vaccine if you follow these steps:
Telehealth – We’ve opened telehealth appointments so that our providers can see patients online for primary care, follow-up visits, mental health services, medication monitoring, and other issues. In-person appointments are also available.
Face Covering – Mask wearing is required indoors while in campus buildings and vehicles regardless of vaccination status. Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask at all times. Student Health Services requires a face mask (made of tightly woven fabric or non-woven materials of two or three layers) to be worn in the clinic at all times, even if you are fully vaccinated.
