How long does it take for a pharmacy to process a prescription?

When pharmacies call us, we request that they contact the patient directly. Please allow 24-48 hours to process a request for medications. We require the name of the medication, the dosage, pharmacy name & phone number. Most prescriptions are now sent electronically directly to the pharmacy.
