If you wish to pay by check, fill out the form without the card information, print it, and mail to WPA with your check.

How to join the WPA?

Membership in the WPA: 1 Professionals in psychology and related fields may join WPA with an option of joining for a one, two, or three-year period. A lifetime membership is also available. 2 Student affiliate membership is for a one-year period. Student affiliate membership is included with student registration for the WPA convention. Students registering for the convention do not need to complete the membership form. 3 All memberships are active from July 1 to June 30. Membership is open from July 1 to March 31. 4 Active professional members will be offered the member rate when registering for the WPA convention. 5 Active professional members will be eligible to vote in elections provided they have renewed during the membership enrollment period (July 1 to March 31). 6 Professional Non-members may register for the convention at the non-member rate. 7 Professional Non-members may register for the convention at the non-member rate. 8 Membership is not active until payment is received. You may pay immediately via credit card or log in later; you may also pay by check that you mail to WPA. Please note: The system automatically displays a page to complete payment by credit card only. You may print the page and mail it with a check to WPA.

How long does WPA membership last?

Located in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood, UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital offers treatment for a wide variety of conditions. With 263 inpatient beds, we are one of the largest academic psychiatric hospitals in the country with specialized units for both adults and children.

Where is UPMC McKeesport?

Located in Pittsburgh’s McKeesport neighborhood, this inpatient behavioral health service offers care for adult and geriatric patients in both a short stay acute unit and an extended stay unit. Other services offered include a detoxification and rehabilitation unit providing addiction treatment for individuals who need medical management as part of their recovery. UPMC McKeesport also provides emergency services for mental health evaluation.
