How long does it take for a physician to return a call?

The on-call physician will return your call within 30 minutes; if you do not receive a prompt callback, please call again, as a poor cell phone connection sometimes garbles phone numbers. When leaving a message, give the patient’s name, date of birth, phone number to return your call, and a brief summary of the problem.

How much is after hours service?

After Hours Service Fee. All after-hours calls are subject to $20 fee that will be added to your account and it is your responsibility to pay. This fee is not billable to insurance, and is intended to cover our costs, but not discourage you from calling if you are concerned about an illness.
