Western Reserve Health System is a physician hospital organization (PHO) made up of more than 100 local physicians, healthcare providers and Western Reserve Hospital. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the people in the Northeast Ohio communities we serve by providing access to the highest-quality healthcare.

How do I register for the patient portal?

Before registering for the portal – contact your Western Reserve Hospital Physicians office. Phone numbers can be found on your doctor's page.
