What services are billed to insurance?

Services or charges incurred outside of Health Services, such as x-rays and laboratory tests, referrals to physicians, emergency room care, ambulance and hospitalization will be billed to the insurance you have provided.

What is the phone number for Health Services?

All full time students are eligible for care at Health Services when classes are in session. Please call 203-837-8594 if you would like to schedule an appointment. Emergencies and urgent problems will receive priority. Health Services provides screening and treatment for illnesses, injuries and other health related problems.

What information do students need to bring to health care?

This should include: the name of the insurance company, ID numbers, policy holder’s name, PCP (primary care physician), prescription plan, participating laboratories and referral requirements.

Dr. Leon Baczeski joined Pediatric Associates in 1984 following completion of his residency at the Bridgeport Hospital-Yale University Pediatric Residency program, finishing his last year as Chief Resident.

Dr. Bruce Cohen joined Pediatric Associates in 1995, after completing his Pediatric residency at North Shore University Hospital-Cornell in Long Island, NY.

Pediatric Associates is a true family affair, with myself, my children and now my grandchildren all being patients. All the doctors through the years have genuinely cared about their patients. From the providers down to the staff, the atmosphere is one of warmth and caring. I wouldn't want to bring my boys anywhere else!! I've been very happy bringing the family here.
