Eileen graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1981 . She obtained a Master of Science in Midwifery from the University of Utah in 1990. Since then she has been practicing full scope midwifery both in military and civilian practices. Her accomplishments include the Ohio Exemplary Midwife Award in 2003, Chair of the NW Ohio chapter of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and one term as the ACNM legislative liaison for Ohio. She has a special interest and intensive training in natural fertility regulation and is certified as a Creighton Model Fertility Care Practitioner/medical consultant. Eileen enjoys helping couples manage their fertility without drugs and devices. She is a life member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and the American Academy of Fertility Care Professionals.
