When did the West Wilson walk-in clinic open?

In 2006, Laura Gillespie, FNP, joined us at West Wilson Family Practice Center PC. In 2001, we opened the West Wilson Walk-In Clinic. Please call us at 615-758-5672 to schedule an appointment or to request additional information.

What is the RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal?

The RWJBarnabas Health Patient Portal is a free service that provides convenient access to your personal health care information in a secure online environment. With the patient portal, you can view select test results, access your medical records and track your health information.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

Contacting Our Office

The office at West Wilson Family Practice Center PC is available Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our telephones are always answered during our normal business hours.

Referrals and Prescription Information

We ask that you allow 48 hours for processing any referrals. If you have a scheduled appointment and are in need of a referral, West Wilson Family Practice Center PC asks that you notify our referral department with the physician's name and the date of your appointment 72 hours prior to the appointment.

With the new public changes due to the recent illness, in an effort to keep our patients and staff safe, Family Health West is implementing a temporary way for our patients to make account payments.

Online Access to Your Personal Health Information

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
