Where is the west suburban outpatient laboratory located?

Patient Portal Request an appointment, view lab results, and communicate with your midwives confidentially. Our PatientFusion Patient Portal is a secure way for the midwives and staff to communicate with you. Access The Patient Portal Through the portal, you can view lab results, request appointments, and directly correspond with the midwives.

Comprehensive Outpatient Laboratory Services

Outpatient laboratory services are available at two convenient locations: West Suburban Medical Center and the River Forest Medical Campus. Both labs offer a wide range of highly complex to routine testing services such as blood counts and lipid testing.

Laboratory Services at West Suburban Medical Center

Test results are ONLY available through your physician’s office or patient portal. The lab does NOT have results and cannot give out results.

Laboratory Services at River Forest Medical Campus

Services include, but are not limited to: CBC, CMP, BMP, PSA, Lipid Panel, PT, PTT, Glucose*, A1C, HIV, TSH, T3, T4, Urinalysis, Iron Studies, RPR, and Rheumatoid Arthritis Panels.
