Pamela Zelasko, M.D
Dr. Zelasko received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and her Master’s degree in biology from Oakland University. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1993. Dr.
Cindy Opolka, M.D
Dr. Opolka received her Bachelor of Science degree from Albion College. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State University School of medicine and completed a Family Practice Residency from Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, in 1994. Dr.
