If you lose or forget your username or password, you may retrieve it online via the Forgot Password link, by calling the toll-free number 866-662-6161 or email PatientPortal@lcmchealth.org. Be aware that sensitive information that you may not want others to see may be contained in the LCMC Health Patient Portal.
To enroll in LCMC Health Patient Portal, you will use your access code. The access code you receive will give you the opportunity to create a personal login name (called “LCMC Health Patient Portal Username”) and a password. Once this access code has been used or after 60 days of assignment, it will no longer be valid.
YOU MUST NOT SEND ANY MESSAGES REQUIRING URGENT ATTENTION USING LCMC Health Patient Portal. Doing so may delay your receiving necessary medical treatment and could result in loss of life, organ or limb and could cause significant deterioration in your health. George Mason University is proud to host the Washington Journalism and Media Conference (WJMC). Each summer, WJMC welcomes high school National Youth Correspondents from all over the country. National Youth Correspondents join the Mason community, which includes students and faculty from all over the world.
WJMC is a week-long experiential learning program for high-achieving high school students. Students will experience an integrated and forward-thinking approach to journalism and media while acquiring valuable “in-the-trenches” knowledge.
