Merit Health Wesley provides CareNotify ™, a system to help you be informed about your care and what you need to do to stay healthy. CareNotify ™ includes a Patient Portal as well as capabilities for direct communication to patients via text or email.
The patient portal is provided as a courtesy to patients and is an optional service that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate at any time. All new and established patients have signed our HIPPA agreement form and have been given a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices. Secure messaging can be a valuable communications tool, but has certain risks. In order to manage these risks we need to impose some conditions of participation. By signing our Consent Form you accept the risks and agree to the conditions of participation. Please keep all portal access, user information, and instructions in a secure place. Once logged into the portal, you can go to “Edit Account” on the top left of the page to change your User ID or Password.

An e-patient is a health consumer who participates fully in his/her medical care. Sometimes referred to as an “internet patient,” e-patients see themselves as equal partners with their doctors in the healthcare process.
FCN’s patient portal is InTouch. I am an FCN patient and have used InTouch since May 2012. By any standard, it is basic, graphically plain and functionally rudimentary.
