Laryngoscopes

Wayne General Hospital Emergency Medical Services is better equipped to keep all community members safe thanks to a grant from Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. The grant has been used to purchase Four Intubrite Video Laryngoscopes and Accessories fulfilling a critical need within the department.

New Type I F350 AEV Ambulance

Wayne General Hospital receives a Type I F-350 AEV Ambulance. The ambulance has negative pressure with a HEPA filtration system, that insures air inside is pure and filtered. This system helps to keep other contaminants from entering the vehicle.

Wayne General Hospital Receives CT Accreditation by IAC - 2021

Wayne General Hospital has been granted a three year term of accreditation in CT in the areas of Body CT, Sinus, and Temporal Bone CT, Vascular CTA, and Neurological CT by Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC).

Our Education Center is the home of both Hospital/Clinic education and training throughout the year. It is also used for other functions such as; employee retirement receptions, Physician Appreciation Luncheons, Service Award Banquets and etc.
