What is the Washington University Follow My Health patient portal?

Our patient portal is a web-based pathway that gives existing patients access to a secure, convenient and free way to manage their personal health care information at Washington University School of Medicine.

Is it secure?

The first priority is patient privacy and the safety of patient information. For that reason, each patient has to sign up in person at the physician’s office. If you attend more than one Washington University center, you only have to sign up once.

What if I have questions about the portal?

If you are a new user and have difficulties setting up your account, we have some help for you. For problems accessing various parts of the service before or after you are logged in, contact the Washington University Patient Portal Support Team at wupp@wusm.wustl.edu or call (314) 273-0985.

What is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure online tool that allows you to manage your personal health information.

How do I sign up?

Self sign-up (for patients 18+). Visit MyPatientChart.org and click Sign Up Now. Enter your information and submit the form.
