Our patient portal is a web-based pathway that gives existing patients access to a secure, convenient and free way to manage their personal health care information at Washington University School of Medicine.
The first priority is patient privacy and the safety of patient information. For that reason, each patient has to sign up in person at the physician’s office. If you attend more than one Washington University center, you only have to sign up once.

Yes. You may do this by sending a photo of your vaccine card to your provider through MyChart or by bringing your vaccine card to your next appointment with a UW Medicine provider. If you received your vaccination through UW Medicine, there is no need to do anything as a record of your vaccination will be added automatically to our system.
