WCHC provides two patient portals allowing for convenient, 24-hour access to your personal health information including medical history, test results, medications, allergies, and immunizations. The portals also provide you with billing information and the option to pay online.

How to search for patients at a hospital?

"Medical Group Portal" Click on "Enroll Now" Then Accept Terms and Conditions Enter your "Token" and Email Address then Submit Complete all Account Information and Create User Name and Password You are done Log in to Portal Explore the Portal!!! Results of tests performed at Washington County Hospital will be available through the Hospital Portal.

The myWHS patient portal is a secure, online tool for you to access your personal health information. Washington Health System’s goal is to enhance patient-provider communication, while helping you to manage your own care on your schedule. Once you become a myWHS portal member, you will have access to any of the available information 24/7.

Washington County Hospital opened in 1953 and the Nursing Home opened in 1975, since then WCH has served the medical needs of the citizens of Washington County and surrounding areas in southwest Alabama.

Nursing Home

Washington County Nursing Home is an 88 bed long-term care facility located in Chatom, Alabama. Our primary focus has always been to provide quality long-term care to the people of Washington County and the surrounding area.
