Only the last two years of your test results and any immunizations will migrate into myWakeHealth, but you can easily manage and view your two accounts by using Happy Together within myWakeHealth. Go to Settings > Manage My Accounts.
You can download and print any of your information from your myUNCChart or your myWakeHealth accounts at any time. All of your medical records are also archived with Health Information Management. To request medical records in myWakeHealth, go to Messaging>Message Customer Service.
