If the Agreement is amended, VIVA will post a modified copy of this Agreement on this site and you will be bound by the new terms and conditions.

Can you cancel Viva?

VIVA reserves the right at its discretion to terminate this service or cancel your access to the System at any time without notice. Upon termination of your Provider Agreement, VIVA reserves the right to terminate your access and you hereby agree to no longer access the System.

Is Viva liable for lost data?

VIVA is not liable for any claim against it for lost data, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from access or use of the System by you. You agree that VIVA will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether or not it has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, tort, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with any errors or omissions, viruses or other malicious or unauthorized code or programs, the use, inability to use, or performance of the System or the data, content or services available from the System or any loss, personal injury, property damage, business interruption or other damages in connection therewith.
