What information can I find in the patient portal?

The patient portal is a great tool where we can share a summary of your exams with you. The summary of care known as CCD (Continuity of Care Document) is a standard way of sharing information which may include an active problem list, medications, allergies, and laboratory test results.

What is visions?

Welcome to visions, A Mental health and wellness practice. Hello, my name is Kimberly Best Johnson, owner and Licensed Professional Counselor/ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Visions.

How do I register to use visionpoint Eye Center?

To Register, enter the email address on record at VisionPoint Eye Center. Select Next. A validation code will be sent to your email address. Enter that code and your birthday. Select Next. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders.

Step 1

When you access the Patient Portal for the first time, you will be asked to sign in. If you have not registered, select Not Registered?

Step 2

To Register, enter the email address on record at VisionPoint Eye Center. Select Next.

Step 3

A validation code will be sent to your email address. Enter that code and your birthday. Select Next.

Step 4

You will need to enter and confirm a password that is 8 characters long and contains upper and lower-case letters as well as numbers.
