You can access the patient portal in two ways. You may go to health.healow.com/villagehealth to use the browser version. Alternatively, you may download the Healow app on your smart device and use the following practice code to get started: GJIIAD

What if I have not received my username or password?

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your email. If you have still not received an email after 24 hours, please call our office at (972) 599-9600.

How do I obtain a username and password?

If you are an existing patient and have an email address on file, you should have received an email with a link to the portal, a username (email address on file) and a password. Check your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, call our office at (972) 599-9600.
