To access another adult’s health information, they must first complete an Authorization to Release Medical Information, available by emailing ROI@tetonhospital.org.
Diagnostic images, such X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, are not available on the portal, although the interpretive reports are. For help accessing these types of records or any other records you can’t find on your portal, contact Health Information Management .
Is there a mobile version of my HealtheLife portal available? Yes, Cerner Corp provides an app called HealtheLife that connects to your St. John's patient portal. To download, search "HealtheLife" in your smartphone App Store. This app is separate of the St. John's On-Demand Care app available in Google Play and Apple App Store.
If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital that the hospital has not addressed, patients are encouraged to contact hospital management.

Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital respects the right of all patients to comment on and submit expressions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction about their healthcare and other services rendered at our facilities.
To inquire about a patient’s status, please call the hospital’s operator at 310-829-5511. Your call will be forwarded to the patient’s unit where you can speak directly with the patient’s nurse or clinician.
The best way to prevent infection is to wash your hands frequently, especially before or after seeing a patient, using the restroom or eating. Hand washing supplies are located in each patient’s room, and hand sanitizer is located throughout the hospital. Insist that your loved one’s health care providers wash their hands and use medical gloves.
