Our outstanding front office staff includes our receptionists, authorization/referral specialists, and transcriptionists. Our office/business manager, Shirley Dailey has over 41 years experience at LVFM and is responsible for the oversight of all operations. Phyllis Shanfelder, LPN, our clinical manager, has over 21 years experience at LVFM and oversees the nursing and front office component of the practice. Rounding out the team are the persons "behind the scenes" who manage the billing procedures and handle any insurance issues that arise.
