What is LVFM support?

Our unique LVFM support team is a family of people dedicated to assisting the providers with premium patient care. Our specially trained nurses provide excellent care and directly assist the physicians with multiple procedures and tests. Our outstanding front office staff includes our receptionists, authorization/referral specialists, and transcriptionists. Our office/business manager, Shirley Dailey has over 41 years experience at LVFM and is responsible for the oversight of all operations. Phyllis Shanfelder, LPN, our clinical manager, has over 21 years experience at LVFM and oversees the nursing and front office component of the practice. Rounding out the team are the persons "behind the scenes" who manage the billing procedures and handle any insurance issues that arise.

Finally, as of October 1, 2021, all laboratory and pathology results performed at Valley Medical Group laboratories will be made available to you on the portal at the same time they are released to your provider. We think this information belongs to you and expect this will improve how quickly you get your results, and will serve as a safeguard to be sure you know what is going on with your health.
