At a very early age Dr. James knew he wanted to be a physician and began his journey by entering the University of Southern California for pre-med. He graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to Graduate School at the University of California, Davis to complete his studies in Behavioral Science. Dr. James soon traveled to Manila, Philippines to attend one of the most prestigious schools of Medicine in Southern Asia, the University of Santo Tomas. Dr. James and his brother Dr. John opened Stewart Medical Group in 1981.
