We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our patients and employees that include: 1 Sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces, tables, and equipment after each use or on a regular basis 2 Additional spacing between our patients 3 Reinforcing appropriate hygiene amongst our staff including handwashing/sanitizing after each patient treatment 4 Pre-screening new and existing patients on or before each visit 5 Following all guidelines recommended by the CDC, State, and local health ordinances.

We have implemented the use of Telemedicine for the safety of our patients. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We have a Zoom business account that guarantees privacy and is compliant with HIPAA guidelines. This is an additional method to decrease travel out of the home. Some appointments require face to face patient care, our staff will let you know if that is the case.

Infertility turned out to be one of life’s obstacles. The strength of ORM’s team, from the doctors down to the support staff, was obvious after just one visit. Our doctor communicated clearly and was straight forward from the beginning. We were told honestly that there was a greater chance of failure than success. He gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for us. And once that decision was made, the entire ORM team was actively behind our efforts. There was never a silly question or unimportant phone call. Each of the ORM team members seemed to understand the assortment of emotions we were experiencing. Anxiousness… fear… emptiness… frustration… and an array of others. They went beyond treating our infertility — they treated us like family. And as the picture shows, they enable us to create a family of our own. Our sons are the most precious gift imaginable. We’ll be forever grateful to the wonderful, caring treatment we received from the entire ORM team.
